Kid-Jitsu (Ages 8-11)
Kid-Jitsu is Victory Academy’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program for ages 8-11. Students learn practical self-defense through purpose-oriented games, creative drills, and live rolling. We also focus on character building so students can achieve greater success in the program and all aspects of their lives. Classes are high-energy, challenging, filled with positive reinforcement, and absolutely FUN-tastic!

Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 12+)
What is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu? It is a martial art that began in Japan and migrated to Brazil where it was modified by the famous Gracie family. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using proper technique, leverage, and most notably, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the opponent.
